We are looking for a resilient, enthusiastic, motivated and proactively driven individual to fulfil the role of Rota Coordinator within our Specialist Surgery Division. Candidate can be based at either Ipswich or Colchester.
Key Responsibilities- Provide an excellent administrative service to the Operational and Medical teams within our Specialist Surgery CDG, mainly managing the ENT Rota.
- Act as the first point of contact for any medical staffing enquiries within the department and ensure a safely staffed medical team.
- Create and maintain complex medical rotas, source locum medical staff within budgetary limits, process medical leave and sickness records for a large number of medical staff, and organise regular junior doctor rotations.
- Support the department with a variety of tasks required to provide an efficient medical staffing service.
This is a Fixed Term/Secondment position until 31st March 2026
