Salary: £12.50 to £15.00 per hour
We are recruiting Domiciliary Care Workers , Home Care Workers, and Live-in Carers to support individuals in their own homes across Colchester and surrounding areas in Essex.
This role is ideal for Domiciliary Care Workers with home care or supported living experience who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the community.
About the Role
You will be providing care and support to service users in their own homes, including:
 
* Personal care and daily living support
 
* Medication prompts and assistance (where trained)
 
* Companionship and emotional support
 
* Supporting independence and dignity
 
* Accurate record keeping and reporting
Candidate Requirements
 
* Previous experience in home care, domiciliary care, or supported living preferred
 
* Caring, reliable, and professional attitude
 
* Ability to work flexible shifts
 
* Driving License and car due to community-based roles
 
* Unrestricted fulltime right to work in the UK
Sponsorship is not available for this position, and sponsorship switch is not supported. Candidates must have an existing right to work in the UK. Sponsored visa holders may work within their visa permitted hours.
Training & Compliance Support
 
* DBS support provided
 
* Care Certificate training including Practical Manual Handling and Basic Life Support (BLS) at a reasonable cost, with guidance throughout the process
