At Diaverum, we are excited to offer an opportunity for nurses to join our Colchester Dialysis Unit as renal nurses. You will work in the main outpatient dialysis clinic and the Langham ward, a three‑station unit treating patients and providing acute dialysis.

• Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
• Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
• Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
• Reviewing pre‑ and post‑hemodialysis care with patients.
• Collaborating within a multi‑disciplinary team.

• NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify this Autumn.
• Familiarity with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Full‑time position (37.5 hours per week).
• Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work; an on‑call rota is provided.
• Starting salary up to £35,944 based on dialysis experience.
• Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full‑time hours.
