St Helena Care & Support are looking for Care & Support Assistants. We have full and part time hours available Shifts are 7am - 2pm or 4pm to 10pm

• Rapid response hospital discharge and admissions avoidance pathways

• Contracted hours - full shift pay ( not per visit )
• £13.10 per hour plus weekend enhancements
• Time and a half on bank holidays
• Mileage 55p per mile

You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in spoken and written English to fulfill the requirements of the role.

Licence / Certification:
Full UK Driving Licence is essential
