Radis Community Care is seeking a Team Leader for our Extra Care Scheme, The Cannons in Essex. The role includes supervising care teams, coordinating shifts, and supporting with medication and personal care.
You will be the main contact for the package and may participate in on-call duties to ensure seamless client support. The ideal candidate will have previous Team Leader experience, an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Level 3 in progress), and a willingness to learn.
