First Option Healthcare is seeking a compassionate HCA to deliver 1:1 care at a child’s home in Colchester. The role focuses on high-quality, person-centred support for a 9-year-old girl with complex needs, ensuring dignity and independence within the home environment.
We value bubbly, energetic individuals with experience in community or hospital settings. Monday to Friday 07:00–16:00;
Sat/Sun 07:00–15:00 shifts, with a strong emphasis on safety, family collaboration and adherence to care plans.
