Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Relief Waking Night Support Worker to join our incredible team in Great Tey in Colchester. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.

This role will involve providing support during the night to the adults with a learning disability. Duties will include supporting with personal care, administering medication/PRN, checking on general well-being, carrying out laundry tasks and some cleaning tasks throughout the night. Typical shifts are for 9 hours (10:00 pm to 07:00 am) We are looking for someone who is passionate and committed to making a difference to the people with learning disability.
