Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse to lead the haemato-oncology nursing team at the Collingwood Centre. The post requires expertise in administering Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatments (SACT) and a commitment to safe, high-quality patient care.
You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, supporting the ward sisters, developing the team, and driving service improvement in a busy, learning-focused environment.
