East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is offering a secondment for an experienced midwife to become Maternity Coordinator and Bleep Holder in Colchester. The role is 34.5 hours per week across 3 x 11.5-hour shifts, days and nights, until 21 March 2027.
You will lead with Ward Leads and Obstetric teams, coordinate IOL admissions, manage staffing and safety huddles, and support staff development while ensuring safe maternity care.
