Stanway Villa is a vibrant and lively residential care home in Colchester supporting adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities to live their best lives every day!

No two days are the same at Stanway Villa - we're keen bakers in this house, so you'll often find us together creating our latest edible masterpiece (although we're partial to a chocolate cake!). You'll get the chance to get to know all the individuals we support like Grant, Rob and self-professed Karaoke Queen Susan as you support them to do the things they love - from friendly game competitions, to exercise classes and trips to the seaside!

Whatever you get up to, you'll be making lifelong memories with the people you support.

Each day will be different, and the main focus of your role is to provide daily support to adults in our residential services. It’s definitely not a normal 9-5, you can work days, nights, and flexible shifts too. Talking of ‘dream’ jobs, some of our shifts are sleep-ins!
