duties of the job
We have a fantastic opportunity within our SET CAMHS Team (part of Targeted and System support services Essex) for an Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and motivated to make a real difference in our community. At HCRG Care Group we believe our employees know best about the work they do. In this role you will be encouraged to innovate and use different approaches that are best for the children and young people that you are working closely with.
The role also offers a great work life balance, overseeing the management of your own diary. Full time hours are available within the hours of 8am till 8pm and you must be able to be flexible from Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work. Main responsibilities include holding a caseload of clients, delivering goal-based interventions, and preventing serious mental health problems through early identification.
You will provide a direct service to children, young people, and families in accessible environments. Experience in delivering and managing clinical risk, using Routine Outcome Measures, and providing evidence-based therapy is essential.
