Colchester, Essex

Pay: £1,200 to £1,400 per week (depending on the provision) plus holiday pay accrual

Rota:
To be confirmed, with a typical pattern of 2-3 weeks on, 2 weeks off

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Female Live-In Complex Care Professional to support a 60-year-old female client in her own home in Colchester.

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centred care and support to a client living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), helping her maintain comfort, independence and quality of life.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in:

• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilation support
• Complex care provision within a home setting
• Supporting individuals with neurological conditions
• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care

• Compassionate, reliable and professional
• Confident working independently within a client's home
• Committed to delivering exceptional standards of care
• Comfortable working as part of a wider multidisciplinary team
• Able to build a positive and trusting relationship with the client and those around her
