As a Care Assistant on day shifts, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that helps our residents live comfortably, safely, and as independently as possible. Your role will include supporting with personal care, mobility and transfers, medication, nutrition and hydration, emotional wellbeing, and maintaining accurate care records, while always following health, safety, and safeguarding procedures.
