Job overviewAre you a highly skilled, adaptive and enthusiastic Registered Nurse with proven post registration experience, looking for an opportunity to develop your skills, experience, and clinical knowledge across multiple specialities?
This role is only suitable for nurses already registered with the NMC with previous general acute experience.

You are able to request as many or as little of your off duty as you like (typically 70-80% of these will be approved), we want you to thrive in your new role while maintaining a healthy work life balance. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Bures team, a team of experienced professionals who provide vital support across both Colchester and Ipswich hospitals. This dynamic role covers all adult clinical specialities, responding to ward escalation and operational demands to ensure wards and departments receive the support they need when they need it.
This unique position offers you the chance to develop your knowledge, broaden your expertise and gain accelerated experience across multiple specialities, empowering you to thrive in any situation and provide you with a stepping stone to future promotion.
