Providing companionship and meaningful conversation Supporting clients with meal preparation Helping with medication administration Assisting with personal care, including dressing and washing Light housekeeping and household support Accompanying clients with everyday activities and routines Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing

That's absolutely fine. Our comprehensive training programme is designed to give you the confidence and skills needed to become a successful Care Professional. You'll receive classroom-based training covering areas such as:
Basic Life Support Medication Administration Moving and Handling Safeguarding Person-Centred Care You'll then complete shadow shifts alongside experienced Care Professionals, allowing you to learn at your own pace before working independently. As part of your development, you'll achieve a City & Guilds Care Certificate and receive ongoing refresher training throughout your career with us. What We're Looking For A caring and compassionate nature Reliability and a positive attitude Good communication skills A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle A desire to make a genuine difference to people's lives
