As the Registered Manager of a small nursing home in Colchester, you’ll be responsible for leading a team that supports adults with learning and physical disabilities, and high dependency needs who require 24/7 care. This is a charity-run service with a strong ethos of person-centred care and empowerment.

You’ll oversee all aspects of the home’s operations, ensuring it runs safely, efficiently and in full compliance with CQC standards. The existing staff team is loyal, highly skilled, and committed to providing innovative care that promotes independence and quality of life.
