Senior Reward Manager
Care UK
Location:
Colchester, England (and Braintree, England)
- Lead the design and implementation of pay bandings, grading structures, and benefit frameworks across Care UK, including operational and functional roles.
- Ensure reward structures are competitive, future‑focused, and aligned with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop clear and accessible reward policies that promote efficiency, transparency and consistency.
- Partner with senior management teams and key business leaders to ensure reward structures are aligned where appropriate and meet business needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor on all reward‑related matters, influencing decision‑making through strong data‑driven insight.
- Build effective relationships with Finance, HR Business Partners, and operational leaders to support organisational change.
- Use data analytics, benchmarking, and market insight to inform reward design and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide evidence‑based and easy to understand recommendations to create momentum for reward strategy change and long‑term workforce planning.
- Monitor internal pay trends and external market developments to ensure competitive positioning.
- Support Care UK in delivering a total reward approach that improves efficiency, consistency, and clarity for colleagues.
- Ensure robust governance of reward processes, including pay reviews, job evaluation, and benefit management.
- Oversee the integrity and accuracy of reward data and reporting.
- Significant experience and proven success in reward solution design and management within a complex, multi‑site or service‑driven organisation.
- Proven expertise and success in designing pay frameworks, job evaluation, and pay/benefit structures.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and reward best practice.
- Highly analytical with a strategic mindset.
