Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential Hybrid Working: 3-4 days in-office, 1-2 days from home (full-time office-based during induction) Salary: £30,000 - £43,000 (DOE)  £2,000 car allowance  uncapped bonus potential

Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday) What Is This Role? We're looking for a driven Senior Recruiter, Team Leader, Lead Recruiter, Principal Recruiter or Recruitment Manager ready to step into a leadership role and spearhead the growth of a small team of recruiters focusing on Business Support recruitment across Colchester and surrounding areas . You'll inherit a warm desk and team with strong potential to bill £500k annually but hasn't yet reached its full potential, as it was previously managed on a part-time basis.

Lead and develop a team of two recruiters. Build strong client relationships , understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Attract high-quality candidates through adverts, headhunting, networking, and social media, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
