Resourcing Advisor

Full time - 37.5 hours per week

The Role

You will play a key role in attracting, sourcing and screening assigned vacancies in your assigned Region’s care homes. The post holder will deliver and guide on best recruitment practice within Care UK recruitment policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including Home Manager’s and Regional Directors to establish current recruitment needs and forecast issues across regions.
  • Develop and maintain candidate tracking systems in the ATS from receiving applications, screening, booking interviews to candidate feedback.
  • Managing candidate to help build relationships to help develop Care UK’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Provide regular written updates to stakeholders and attend agency calls.
  • Use of social networking sites and job boards to increase attraction of suitable candidates.
  • Advise, coach and support Hiring Managers in the correct application of recruitment procedures and best practices.
  • Coordinate recruitment Open Days, Job Events / Fairs and report on outcomes and successes.
  • Implementation of new technology in recruitment practices to help improve candidate experience.

  • Experience of using an ATS system or equivalent
