    Act as a trusted advisor on all reward-related matters, influencing decision-making through strong data-driven insi

    Build effective relationships with Finance, HR Business Partners, and operational leaders to support organisational cha
  • men
    tUse data anal
    ytics, benchmarking, and market insight to inform reward design and drive continuous improve
  • ment.

    Provide evidence-based and easy to understand recommendations to create momentum for reward strategy change and long-term workforce plan
  • ning.

    Monitor internal pay trends and external market developments to ensure competitive positio
