Potters Resorts is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR across Five Lakes Resort in Maldon, Essex. You will partner with operational managers to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused HR solutions across the employee lifecycle and recruitment, aiming to drive engagement and performance.
With a minimum of three years in senior HR roles, CIPD Level 5, and strong knowledge of UK employment law, you will coach managers, manage ER matters and help shape an inclusive workplace.
