The role:

Speaking to candidates and clients over the phone, email, or other Creating job adverts to post on various platforms, shortlisting potential candidates for live roles and keeping our CRM system up to date Manage your own portfolio of clients within your sector, taking full ownership of developing key accounts and senior relationships Arranging interviews on behalf of the candidate and client Meeting candidates and clients face to face

The Ideal Candidate :
