Digital Trading Support Analyst | 6-month FTC

Digital Trading Support Analyst for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

About the Role

The UK Digital Trading team leads our broker Digital Trading strategy, defining product, technology, distribution and service requirements. As a Support Analyst you will work closely with Digital Trading Analysts to support testing of new changes and ongoing maintenance of our suite of Digital products for Commercial, Personal and Specialty lines.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Support UAT delivery with effective testing of projects and small changes.
  • Handle end‑to‑end management of broker and internal customer issues, including general queries, system defects, and communicate fixes.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on system queries; set expectations, keep everyone updated and elevate when required.
  • Investigate root causes of issues raised by users.
  • Support broker system demonstrations and provide technical training to stakeholders.
  • Complete standard repeatable user requests.
  • Maintain user guides, updating them to reflect frequently raised issues or training requirements.
  • Regularly review and identify opportunities to improve Digital Trading processes.
  • Support Digital Trading Analysts with analysis and optimisation tasks.
Must haves
  • Recent graduate seeking training and development within Insurance and technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical approach to work; able to ask the right questions to uncover root causes.
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking, and driven with a focus on providing the best possible service.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to multitask and produce work with a sense of urgency, working to timescales.
Nice To Haves
  • Collaboration with third‑party software houses.
  • Experience conducting system user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Experience with in the insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical skills in the insurance sector.
  • Implementation of system integration projects.
