A dynamic IT support firm in Colchester is looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to join their friendly team. In this role, you will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support, assist with troubleshooting, and manage IT assets across multiple businesses. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, a good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows OS, and strong communication skills.
A full UK driving license is essential for occasional site visits. This position requires working on-site 5 days a week.
