Are you passionate about digital marketing and keen to build your skills across paid search, paid social, SEO, ecommerce and analytics?

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their digital marketing career who is eager to learn, develop and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of digital marketing channels.

Working closely with experienced marketing professionals, you'll help deliver campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads and support profitable growth. You'll gain practical experience with platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Linked In, Google Merchant Centre and SEO tools, while developing the knowledge and confidence to build a successful career in performance marketing.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our marketing team, you'll play an important role in supporting and delivering digital marketing activity across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building, launching and maintaining paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and Linked In.
  • Supporting campaign optimisation through audience targeting, keyword management, bid adjustments and budget monitoring.
  • Assisting with SEO activity, including content optimisation, technical improvements and keyword research.
  • Managing ecommerce product feeds and maintaining data quality across merchant and marketplace platforms.
  • Supporting campaign tracking and analytics using tools such as Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters and pixels.
  • Conducting market, customer and competitor research to identify opportunities.
  • Preparing campaign performance reports and highlighting insights.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across marketing, content and design to deliver integrated marketing activity.
  • Continuously developing your digital marketing knowledge and skills.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

You'll ideally have:

  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and online customer engagement.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with data, numbers and spreadsheets.
  • A proactive approach and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

It would be advantageous, but not essential, if you have:

  • Experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics or similar digital marketing platforms.
  • A marketing degree, apprenticeship qualification or relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid media or ecommerce marketing.
