Are you an experienced digital marketer who thrives on delivering measurable results across paid search, paid social, SEO, ecommerce and analytics?

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on digital marketing professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and using data‑driven insights to drive performance and profitable growth.

Working as a senior member of our marketing team, you'll lead Rapid's performance marketing activity across paid and organic channels, helping to increase traffic, generate leads and grow revenue. You'll play a key role in shaping digital strategy while remaining close to campaign execution, optimisation and performance analysis. You'll also support the development of team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of our wider marketing activity.

What

You'll Be Doing

As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of Rapid's performance marketing channels and be responsible for delivering measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing, launching and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Linked In and display platforms.
  • Managing full-funnel digital marketing activity to maximise customer acquisition, engagement and conversion.
  • Driving Rapid's SEO, GEO and organic search performance through technical, on‑page and content optimisation.
  • Aligning paid and organic activity to maximise visibility across the customer journey.
  • Managing Google Merchant Centre, product feeds and marketplace integrations to ensure high‑quality product distribution.
  • Conducting market, customer, keyword and competitor research to identify opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and analysing key metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, impression share and conversion rates.
  • Producing commercially focused reports, recommendations and insights for stakeholders.
  • Managing tracking, analytics and attribution through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, pixels, UTM parameters and related tools.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across content, SEO, email, brand and analytics to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Managing campaign budgets and forecasting performance to maximise return on investment.
  • Supporting landing page optimisation and testing initiatives to improve conversion performance.
  • Providing guidance, coaching and day‑to‑day support to junior members of the digital marketing team.
  • Staying current with industry developments, emerging technologies and AI‑driven marketing opportunities.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a commercially minded digital marketer with a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands‑on execution and analytical capability.

You'll ideally have:

  • 4-6 years' experience across paid media and SEO with ownership of channel performance.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads and display advertising.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, organic search and search strategy.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio or similar reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable return on investment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership and drive results.
  • Experience working within ecommerce, lead generation or B2B marketing environments.
