About the RoleAn Exciting Entry into the World of Insurance
Start building your career in the insurance industry as an FNOL (First Notification of Loss) Claims Handler, supporting customers across Motor, Property and Liability claims.
As the first point of contact when a claim is reported, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers through what can often be a stressful experience. You’ll develop the skills and confidence to manage claims with empathy, professionalism and clarity, while gaining valuable insight into the wider world of insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities- Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Manage shared inboxes, triaging and responding to claims promptly
- Accurately record claim information in our case management system
- Keep policyholders informed throughout the claim lifecycle
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure outstanding service delivery
- Build trust with customers, clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders
- Experience in customer service
- Phone based customer service preferred
- A genuine passion for helping people
- A polite, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Eagerness to learn new systems and develop professionally
