Senior Associate/Legal Director - Commercial Real Estate - Ipswich with hybrid working

A growing and dynamic team within the highly successful Real Estate department of a leading UK law firm

Role

• Join a highly successful Utilities Team which has nationwide clients throughout the UK
• Play a key role in the growth and development of the team, building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contribute to thought leadership and sector-focused marketing initiatives
• An excellent opportunity for an ambitious property lawyer in a firm which enjoys an excellent reputation and can offer good career prospects

You

• 6+ years PQE with with strong background in residential or commercial property
• Commercially astute, technically excellent, and confident in managing complex transactions
• Experience supervising junior lawyers and team leadership is essential
• Ideally experience of or a demonstrable interest in the utilities, infrastructure, or energy sectors
