Employment Paralegal– The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Employment Paralegal to join our team. In this role you will support our employment lawyers in all aspects of employment law cases, from drafting documents to client communication. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in employment law within a supportive and collaborative firm.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing employment law cases, including tribunals, settlement agreements, and advisory work.
- Draft legal documents, letters, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external parties professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date case records and files.
- Previous experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role, ideally within employment law.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and tribunal procedures is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
