Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading law firm in Chelmsford who are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their expanding team. Please find below further details with regards to this position
PQE: NQ & above
The Role- Opportunity for an Employment Solicitor with 2 years PQE to join a growing team
- Working closely with the Managing Director and experienced colleagues
- Advising new and existing clients with practical, commercially focused advice
- Playing a key role in maintaining exceptional service standards
- Building strong relationships with clients and professional referrers
- Advising individuals on employment disputes and workplace issues
- Supporting businesses with day-to-day employment and HR matters
- Contributing to team targets, KPIs, and business development activity
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in Employment Law
- Strong technical knowledge and a commercial approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and a confident client-facing manner
- Professional, ethical, and positive in a fast-paced environment
