Maintenance Operative

Due to our continued success and a rapidly growing project portfolio, we are looking for Sports Surface Maintenance Operatives to join our team.

The successful candidates will be:

• Committed, professional, and able to work independently.
• Punctual, clean, and presentable, as you will regularly interact with clients face-to-face.
• Comfortable with a significant amount of travel. A passion for driving and being on the road is essential for this role.

AUK driving licence (held for 1 year+) is required. While certificates such as CSCS cards, PA1/PA6, or prior experience in the industry are beneficial, they are not essential.

• Spraying for moss and weeds
• Jet washing
• Machinery operations
• Repairs to sports surfaces
• Equipment installations
• Line marking and painting
• Transport of machinery and equipment
• Yard work and assisting the Maintenance & Transport Manager

Full training will be provided in all aspects of the role.

Working Hours: Varied depending on location but typically Monday - Friday, with overtime available on weekends. Some overnight stays may be required.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per year (depending on experience).
