Trailer Fitter​/Mechanic

We are currently seeking an experienced Trailer Fitter/Mechanic to join our Felixstowe Depot.

Within this role you will work in our depot workshop and may also be required to carry out field
- based repairs. You will be working alongside our established workshop staff and the Depot
Manager/Rental staff. Ideally you will have a proven track record as a Fitter or Mechanic in a
commercial vehicle environment, with the ability to maintain all makes of trailers.

Responsibilities as Trailer Fitter/Mechanic

Inspecting trailers to MOT standard
Showing competence when carrying out repairs and servicing
Liaising with the Depot Manager
Performing pre-delivery inspections in line with company policy.
Completing all paperwork, clock cards and job cards accurately and efficiently within the
time scale required.
