Responsibilities- Perform regular cleaning duties across the school.
- Maintain building and grounds, ensuring they are clean, safe and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Liaise with staff, governors and outside contractors to coordinate upkeep and maintenance.
- Use initiative and display a positive approach to problem‑solving.
- Maintain flexibility in working hours, including call‑outs, school holidays and additional time‑consuming tasks.
- Reliable, self‑motivated and enthusiastic.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undertake DBS enhanced disclosure, medical clearance and satisfactory references.
