As part of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for carrying out end-of-tenancy cleans on MOD properties. You will typically clean 1–2 properties per day, depending on seasonal demand, across Colchester.

You will work as part of a team of two, with the ability to work independently when required. Duties will include general cleaning as well as deep cleaning tasks to ensure properties are returned to a high standard.

• Carrying out thorough end-of-tenancy cleans to ensure properties are returned to a high standard.
• Duties include general cleaning such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, wiping down surfaces, and emptying bins.
• You will also complete deep cleaning tasks including oven cleaning, descaling, internal window cleaning, and removing any built-up dirt or residue.
• Ensuring all areas meet required cleanliness standards, following COSHH guidelines, and using cleaning products safely at all times.
• Working hours:
  
  Monday to Friday 8am till 4.30pm

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• A strong team player who contributes positively to a collaborative work environment.
• Flexible and reliable, willing to extend working hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
• Domestic cleaning experience is preferred.
• A good understanding of COSHH and safe use of cleaning materials is essential.
