The Cover Cleaning Operative role is a part-time, on-site position based in Colchester, providing cover cleaning services across designated client premises. Day-to-day tasks include carrying out general cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, washroom cleaning, waste removal, and ensuring that all areas meet agreed hygiene and presentation standards. The role involves following site-specific cleaning schedules, using appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental procedures.

The Cover Cleaning Operative may be required to work flexible hours to cover staff absence, holidays, or busy periods, and will maintain professional communication with supervisors, colleagues, and clients as needed.
