University of Essex Campus Services Limited at Colchester Campus is seeking a General Maintenance Assistant to join our Soft FM Services team. This hands-on, multi-skilled role supports the maintenance, safety and presentation of residential and academic buildings on campus.
You will assist with minor repairs, routine checks, basic maintenance, event preparation and first-line response tasks to help keep our estate safe, functional and welcoming.
