We are seeking an ambitious managerial talent from a high‑volume QSR or fast‑casual background to support our leadership team in Colchester. This fast‑paced opportunity is with one of the most exciting quick‑service brands expanding across the UK, known for bold flavours, strong identity, and high‑energy environments.
As Assistant General Manager you will develop people, deliver great food, and drive results in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
The Ideal Assistant General Manager- Comes from a high‑volume QSR or fast‑casual dining environment

- Is commercially aware and analytical, with a strong business mindset
- Leads from the front with a hands‑on, get‑stuck‑in approach
- Builds strong teams and a positive, high‑performance culture
- Is financially savvy, supporting cost control and sales growth

- Is socially confident and committed to building a great company culture
- Supporting new site openings or relaunches
- Delivering training at both operational and management levels
- Working closely with senior leadership to drive performance and growth
