Overview
Project Manager - Residential Developer
Location:
Near Colchester (Clacton-on-Sea area), Essex
Salary: £75,000 - £82,000 + package
Responsibilities- Leading the delivery of a large-scale residential development from inception to handover
- Managing multiple Site Managers and site teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company quality standards
- Maintaining high levels of health & safety and site compliance
- Liaising with internal departments and senior management on progress and performance
- Strong track record in volume house building at Project Manager level
- Experience delivering multi-unit housing developments for a national or regional developer
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified
- Commercial awareness and programme control experience
- £75,000 - £82,000 basic salary
- Car allowance/company car
- Bonus
