The Role

  • Manage project administration and coordinate activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation such as plans, trackers, risk and issue logs, specifications, and decision logs.
  • Support delivery readiness by preparing go‑live checklists, rollout plans, and monitoring completion.
  • Track project budgets and spend and provide financial forecasts.
  • Complete periodic project reporting.
  • Plan, coordinate, and liaise with new portfolio contacts to secure data required for system build and migration, ensuring timely delivery with rollouts.
  • Support change management and communications activities for all projects, portfolio rollouts, and new system implementations.
  • Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to identify and analyse information needs and functional requirements, delivering solutions and documenting them appropriately.
  • Assist in the provision of support and training to staff in the use of the systems, including individual training and group classroom sessions.
  • Work with system suppliers, consultants, and supplier customer support services, especially for application problem resolution.
Qualifications
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience driving user engagement and adoption during system implementations and rollouts.
  • Ability to travel nationwide.
