Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
The Role
- Manage project administration and coordinate activities.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation such as plans, trackers, risk and issue logs, specifications, and decision logs.
- Support delivery readiness by preparing go‑live checklists, rollout plans, and monitoring completion.
- Track project budgets and spend and provide financial forecasts.
- Complete periodic project reporting.
- Plan, coordinate, and liaise with new portfolio contacts to secure data required for system build and migration, ensuring timely delivery with rollouts.
- Support change management and communications activities for all projects, portfolio rollouts, and new system implementations.
- Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to identify and analyse information needs and functional requirements, delivering solutions and documenting them appropriately.
- Assist in the provision of support and training to staff in the use of the systems, including individual training and group classroom sessions.
- Work with system suppliers, consultants, and supplier customer support services, especially for application problem resolution.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience driving user engagement and adoption during system implementations and rollouts.
- Ability to travel nationwide.
