Field View Care Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Registered Manager based in Colchester, Essex, South East, UK
.
This is a Full time opportunity (£55,000).
We are looking for a Registered Childrens Home Manager for a new 5 Bed home in Colchester, supporting 8-18 year olds with EBD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour (Max 3 Children).
Responsibilities and requirements include:
- Managing the children's home as a Registered Manager.
- Providing confident leadership and working with the Responsible Individual and owners.
- Supporting vulnerable children with EBD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour.
- Ensuring best practice and regulatory compliance.
- Possessing relevant qualifications and experience with vulnerable children.
There will be tremendous opportunities to grow, with progression encouraged.
