Team Lead Immunoassay; ADA​/PK​/biomarkers

• Lead and develop a team of Scientists and Senior Scientists
• Oversee delivery of ADA/PK/Biomarker studies
• Act as Study Director/PI/Analytical Project Manager for GLP/GCP studies
• Plan resources, schedule projects, and ensure timely delivery
• Mentor project managers and drive team performance
• Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent communication
• Support Business Development with proposals and new opportunities
• Take ownership of revenue, forecasting, and invoicing
• Maintain SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance (GLP/GCP)
• Drive continuous improvement and safe working practices

• Strong experience in immunoassay bioanalysis (ADA, PK, biomarkers, 5+ years)
• Leadership experience within a CRO, pharma, or biotech setting
• Proven track record delivering regulated studies
• Strong understanding of GLP/GCP and bioanalytical requirements
• Excellent organisational, client-facing, and commercial skills

We are seeking an experienced Immunoassay Team Leader to lead delivery of ADA, PK, and biomarker studies within a regulated bioanalytical environment.

You will combine scientific leadership, operational management, and commercial accountability, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to quality, and at a profit, while building strong client relationships.
