Colchester United is seeking a Head Grounds Person to lead the maintenance of the main pitch and five training ground pitches, combining hands-on turf care with planning, administration and people management.
You will oversee aeration, top dressing, fertilisation, irrigation and pest control, manage a grounds team, monitor equipment, ensure safety compliance, and work with management and coaching staff to meet high playing-surface standards.
