• Deep scientific expertise
  in immunoassay bioanalysis
• Minimum
  10 years’ experience
  in bioanalytical or related fields
• Strong
  compliance knowledge
  (GLP, GCP) and attention to detail
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams
• Excellent
  technical and people skills
  to inspire and develop others, ensuring smooth project delivery and audit readiness
• Ability to build
  strong internal and external relationships
  and represent the department confidently at key meetings and conferences

• Experience in business development or client relationship management
• Familiarity with resource planning and continuous process improvements
• Background in study management or acting as Study Director / PI / Analytical Project Manager

• Degree in a relevant scientific field (advanced degree preferred)
• Extensive experience in bioanalytical sciences, especially immunoassay platforms
• Prior senior leadership roles within GLP/GCP-compliant labs

• Willingness to support audit activities and address CAPAs promptly
• Ability to work with cross-site teams and support industry compliance standards
• Visa sponsorship possible for senior-level candidates, along with relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses where appropriate
