Pay Range£34,750 - £43,000
Working Hours/Pattern:Full-time, although we would be happy to consider applicants who are looking to work on a part time basis. Please note our ability to accommodate flexible working arrangements will vary from role to role, dependent on business requirements.

This role is office based but will involve travel across Essex & Hertfordshire also.

The new Confident Futures programme, funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP),is designed to support Universal Credit claimants with long-term health conditions. It is a voluntary programme focused on helping participants move closer to work by improving confident, wellbeing, skills,stability and readiness for work.
What is the role about?The Business Manageris responsible for leading and motivating a team of Progression Coachesto support caseloads of unemployed job seekers with intensive personal support, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to performance targets. This role will require you to oversee daily operations, manage team development, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to maximisesupport and employment opportunities.
Just some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Taking Ownership
Implementing strategies aimed at upskilling your local community members and overcoming barriers to employment
Monitor and manage office and individual performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Working Together
Managing, motivating, and directing staff, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Overseeing staff development, including performance management,identifyingskills gaps, and coaching/mentoring
Maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise referrals and participant employment opportunities
Being Fair, Open, and Honest
- Managing Profit and Loss reports and monthly financial forecasting
