We’re recrtuiting for a specialist supplier of high-quality glass products to the building and construction sector who are looking for a sharp, detail-driven Order Processor to join their team in Colchester.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where accuracy, product knowledge and great communication make all the difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Processing customer orders for glass products quickly and accurately

* Interpreting technical specifications, drawings and glazing requirements

* Liaising with customers, fabricators and installers to clarify details

* Coordinating with production and logistics to ensure on-time delivery

* Preparing quotations and confirming order details

* Checking pricing, measurements and compliance requirements

* Managing amendments, queries and aftersales support

* Maintaining accurate records within our order processing system

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in the window, door or glazing industry (essential)

* Strong understanding of glass types, units and industry terminology

* Excellent attention to detail — measurements matter

* Confident communicator with a customer-first approach

* Comfortable working in a busy, deadline-driven environment

* Good IT skills and experience with order processing systems
