This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where accuracy, product knowledge and great communication make all the difference.

What You ll Be Doing

• Processing customer orders for glass products quickly and accurately

• Interpreting technical specifications, drawings and glazing requirements

• Liaising with customers, fabricators and installers to clarify details

• Coordinating with production and logistics to ensure on-time delivery

• Preparing quotations and confirming order details

• Checking pricing, measurements and compliance requirements

• Managing amendments, queries and aftersales support

• Maintaining accurate records within our order processing system

What We re Looking For

• Experience in the window, door or glazing industry (essential)

• Strong understanding of glass types, units and industry terminology

• Excellent attention to detail measurements matter

• Confident communicator with a customer-first approach

• Comfortable working in a busy, deadline-driven environment

• Good IT skills and experience with order processing systems
