As a Food Production Operative at Merville Barracks, Circular Road South, Colchester, Essex CO2 7UT
in the Central Production Unit you will be providing food for the finishing kitchens. You'll interact with our clients and colleagues every day, improving quality of life for all that you meet. • 37.5 hours per week
• Monday - Friday - 08:30 - 17:00
• £12.21 per hour

• Be responsible for preparing and portioning food in a large manufacturing environment with care and attention.
• Food preparation for baguettes, salads and protein pots
• To maintain food production standards
• Ensuring the areas you are working in are kept to a hygienic level of cleanliness
• Maintain high levels of food hygiene standards

• Great communication skills with a great attention to detail
• Positive attitude, professionalism and respect for others
• Basic food-handling skills
• Food assistant experience would be beneficial
• Level 2 food safety
