Salary:
Circa £60,000, depending on skills and experience

Location:
Bury St Edmunds, Colchester

Full-time, with flexibility for part-time.

Role Summary

As the Regional OT Support Manager, you will provide leadership and assurance across the OT field estate. You will lead investigations into major incidents, and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and regulators. The role involves developing and maintaining OT standards, supporting risk management, and ensuring regulatory and cybersecurity compliance.

You will oversee test environments, firmware evaluation, and the introduction of new hardware, while supporting capital projects and service introduction. You will drive continuous improvement, and you will represent OT in technical forums and industry groups, ensuring the highest standards of operational resilience and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the central contact for OT field incidents and issues.
  • Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain OT technical standards and reference libraries.
  • Oversee test environments, firmware evaluation, and technical risk management.
  • Provide support for capital projects and service introduction.
  • Provide coaching, and represent OT in industry forums.
Key Skills & Behaviours
  • Operational Management within a technical team
  • Demonstrable knowledge of telemetry, control systems, and industrial networks.
  • Proven troubleshooting, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in technical training, coaching, and risk management.
  • Champions health, safety, and wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in MS Office and technical documentation.
