Hours:

Monday-Friday - 37 hrs per week

Induction: 7:30am first day on core shift then rotations early/lates after

Shift Times:

• Early: 6am–2pm
• Late: 2–10:30pm
• Core: 7:15–3:45pm

• Experience using hand and power tools
• Assemble fan impellers
• Working with metal – full training is provided
• Proficiency in wiring – if assembling fans together
• Ability to read engineering drawings – will be trained on this
• A strong work ethic and reliability – Grade 3

• Grade 3
  • Core Shift: £13.47 per hour
  • Early Shift: £14.54 per hour
  • Lates Shift: £15.62 per hour
• Grade 4 (after full training and manager sign‑off)
  • Core Shift: £13.81 per hour
  • Early Shift: £14.92 per hour
  • Lates Shift: £16.02 per hour
