An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced full-time DIGITAL Print Operator / Minder.

We have recently invested in cutting-edge HP Indigo digital print technology in our busy factory just off the A12 in Colchester.

You’ll be producing high-end printed products, developing your technical skills, and working with a team that invests in training and continuous improvement. The role offers you the ability to directly contribute to the fantastic product lines we produce for our customers.

We are number one in our field, and produce high-quality, award-winning print solutions across a wide range of formats and industries.

Role:
  • Operating our state-of-the-art HP Indigo 120k digital press to produce high-quality commercial print work
  • Setting up, running, and adjusting print jobs to ensure colour accuracy, consistency, and optimal output
  • Managing substrates, inks, and consumables, ensuring efficient productivity is maintained, working closely with pre-press, finishing, and production teams
Skills & Experience Required:
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to print quality and colour accuracy
  • Reliable, well organised, and able to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot press and print issues effectively
  • Ability to work well as part of a team while also being capable of operating independently when required
  • You must have experience of using production level digital print machines, ideally having worked with HP Indigo Presses
